Crockers deploy PayTorque

NZ's largest Strata Management company Crockers Property, is deploying PayTorque to support over 18,500 of their body corporate members.

PayTorque supports Crockers' body corporate secretarial services by delivering electronic invoices, payment reminders, and providing 24 x 7 access to account information and body corporate documents such as minutes and finacial accounts.

"PayTorque  is enabling us to offer unique services to our customers such as reminders of payment dates, multiple copies of invoices for tenants and property managers and direct debit, plus of course on-line access  to account details, invoices and documents via Crockers Direct, our new client portal." says Operations Manager Helen O'Sullivan. “ Our customers and staff find it intuitive and easy to use, and we're delighted with the positive effect on our operations.  The team at PayTorque really listened to  us  and thought about our business  requirements and have developed  great features  to meet  our unique needs.”

To date, PayTorque has been rolled out to  about 50% of Crockers' body corporate client base, with all clients expected to be live before August 2010 .
