With the PayTorque Client eCentre, your customers will be able to access all their invoices online any time. This personalised portal allows them to view, make payments, commit to pay, or raise issues that are stopping them from paying you. With this feedback, you will be able to see exactly what's happening, and take any action required to remove barriers to getting paid.

  3. Each invoice line is hot-linked so that your customers can drill down to Invoice level detail at any time.
  4. The Commit To Pay option allows customers to indicate when they will be paying.
  5. If there is a problem, PayTorque provides a feedback mechanism from a drop down menu which includes: Not happy with the product / service; Not happy with the Invoice; Already Paid; In Dispute etc. This information is then fed back to you so that you can address the issue and remove the barrier to getting paid.
